- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume in our 16 cubic-yard trucks. The minimum charge is $95 (roughly the space of a washer or dryer) with pricing in 1/8 increments up to our full truckload price of $630 (roughly the furnishings of a studio apartment).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment with a 2-hour arrival window, provide a no-obligation estimate, and if the price fits your budget, we can remove items on the spot. For larger jobs we can also provide an estimate and schedule to have work done later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams are trained in customer satisfaction, safe driving, safe removal and are incentivized to represent The Junkluggers in a friendly a professional way.
