- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always active with the school I learned bartending from. Keeping up with jobs and/or events they have knowledge of. Also, I always get back into my old books just to keep up with what I already know.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always worked in the hospitality industry as a cook, line cook, pantry or saute cook & one day, I just was burned out from it. And bartending was always exciting to me. I didn't realize how close minded I was until I went to school to learn what I needed to know the correct way.
