Movers were 30 mins late and I had to call to see where they were. The guy (Larry) I spoke with didn’t know they were even late. It took 8hrs to move 1 bedroom set and the rest of the house which was a living room set and a few more furniture pieces. After about 6 hrs they called a 3rd man who didn’t speak to me when I walked in the house until the movers said “oh that’s Larry, that’s who you were talking to”. Larry also couldn’t miss the Saints game because he turned it on on his phone to listen while he helped out. They started moving faster as it was getting dark because apparently the truck did not have properly working lights. We were quoted $75/h and a $75 truck fee which should have been $675 however we were charged $775. Our basketball goal was taken down incorrectly and not put back together. When I asked how many hrs we were charged for he told us the 8 but claimed he took money off for the 3rd man and the 2hrs the 3rd man was there the 45 min for the extra ride because it was 2 trips. NEVER again and definitely won’t suggest them for ANYONE else. The only positive is the 2 guys he sent were nice.

My pricing is the local market rate for QUALITY work. I pay my guys well because they do such an awesome job day in and day out! We start at $65/hr for 2 men with a $30 truck service fee for New Orleans to New Orleans and it goes up based on how large your house is and where you stay. Just message for more info!
