"My husband and I have used Lori numerous times a year over the last four years. She is profession and friendly. Lori is an amazing massage therapist and always pays attention to individual Needs! I love that she is in a private space and not a salon, it's very quiet, relaxing and personal. Lori always responds quickly when we message her about needing a massage and we can usually get seen promptly. I have even referred her out to other family members and friends and they were equally as impressed! Use Lori, we promise you won't regret it! "

"I had the pleasure of enjoying an hour and a half massage by Shermicya, she has a very pleasant touch, and hands that heal. I felt extremely rejuvenated after my massage, can't wait to schedule my next one, THANK YOU!! (The mini face and scalp massage was a pleasant surprise, and she was able to work out a problem spot in my back for me.)"

"I have been getting massages for years and Erika is the best! She is able to effectively pin point problem areas with a deep tissue massage or relive stress with a more relaxing massage. Her versatility makes her the perfect therapist for anyone. In all seasons of my life before, during and after my pregnancy she achieved my massage goals. I leave feeling renewed and whatever issues where bothering me have subsided. With her availability to either come to you or book at her massage studio I am able to enjoy a much needed massage that fits into my hectic life. Ashley"

" I have known Ms. Fridley for a number of years. She has an friendly and easy demeanor with a person in my household who has a brain disorder and very much needs and appreciates her compassionate touch. Additionally, I have had neck and back massages from her a number of times that were more than satisfactory. She can usually find appointments to suit her clients' schedules and is flexible about locations. Sarah Jo is always on time, not only for her appointments with her clients but also in other community activities in which we have worked together such as NOLATimeBank. I also know her to be continually updating her skills through seminars and professional education courses. She knows a great deal about the mind body response, and seems to be especially well trained in working with the elderly and others who might have fragile health or frail conditions. One thing I especially like is that she avoids calling people by pet names, which is so common in this city and is often almost universally done in nursing homes often without the person's permission. In other words, she is respectful of her clients and especially the elders. I believe that Sarah Jo is offering a very needed service with Compassionate Touch. Just as infants need human touch in order to thrive, so do we all, from cradle to grave. We now know it to be healing to those recovering from illness but also to those who have various kinds of dementia. From the work that I have seen her do, I know that she is creative in the ways she approaches her clients, in particularly those withdrawn, confused, or disoriented. Her best asset is that she recognizes that each individual is unique and offers truly "patient centered" therapeutic massage and compassionate touch. I highly recommend her. "
