I Just Took Your Picture

Introduction: As you review my portfolio, I hope you recognize the Intimacy, casualness and depth of the images. I wait for those relaxed moments to click the shutter button. Times when a person's character shows in their expression and their eyes... Smiles are wonderful but not always necessary. One of my favorite portraits is one of a little girl that was taken in the very casual atmosphere of a coffee shop on Prytania St. She and her Daddy were having an important conversation about the Hungry Catepillar, a beautifully written children's favorite. I was very patient, very patient and then suddenly her portrait presented itself to me! Hopefully you will see the deep, intelligent, inquizative side of this child, just as I did.
