Stephen is an amazing photographer! He exceeded our expectations and captured everything we had hoped for on our wedding day! He was very professional and friendly with all of our guests, making everyone feel comfortable which reflected in our pictures, both candid and posed. We also went back to Stephen for our baby announcements and we were beyond thrilled! His creativity and talent shows in his work and we received so many complements! Stephen is the best and I would recommend Stephen Houser Photography to anyone!

Stephen truly has a passion for photography and it shows in his work. He met with me prior to my wedding day so we could discuss what kind of pictures I wanted. He was able to capture not just the basic wedding photos but tons of candid moments from our big day that still make me smile when I look at them.

I needed a professional headshot done in a short time frame. Stephen was very accommodating and met me at my house for the pics. His wife (a professional makeup artist) fixed me up a bit for the shoot. He was in an out in an hour and I had the retouched photos the next day. I recommend his services.

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Photojournalism from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. I am constantly attending workshops and perfecting my craft.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was drawn to photography from a very early age. From the first time I snapped a Poloroid, I knew it was for me. In high school, I began shooting for my local news paper, and I have loved it ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Families, brides and grooms, fashion models, non-English speakers, and everything else. I am very adaptable and friendly and will work with just about everyone.
