I am not your traditional IT professional because I actually know how to treat my customers and I have the ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical way. I take great pride in the way in which I interact with people considering the fact that the number one complaint about IT professionals is a lack of social skills and rude behavior. I bring warm and genuine energy to the profession and I don't under any circumstances insult my clients' intelligence. I had an issue with my laptop's screen flickering and then going black for extremely long periods of time. I contacted Juwon and he was promptly available to do a diagnostic, which determined (incorrectly, but that's beside the point) that drivers were the issue. Over several in-person and remote access sessions, he updated drivers and even re-installed the OS. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be a manufacturer defect, which will have to be fixed by the manufacturer themselves. Nevertheless, Juwon was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and persistent in solving my computer problems. Would definitely hire again.

Great experience! Showed up on time, very knowledgeable about computers hardware and software. He walked me through why my computers were having problems and how to avoid the problems in the future. I will be contacting him again for my fiancee's computer soon!

I provide a free diagnostic if I am doing the repair and the first hour is free. If my customers just want a diagnostic it is $75

It is by appointment and it can be either I come out to the customer or the customer comes out to me.
