Mr. Chambers advised me well concerning my crashed external hard drive. He told me that I could not risk it with anyone not having a “clean room” and connected me with a Silicon Valley firm that specializes in this work. I am waiting for the results, but I feel very well served by Mr. Chambers. I would be happy to go to him for future computer repairs.

Juwon Chambers was very responsive to my initial request for assistance for what was an extremely slow-running computer. At the appointment, he explained what he was going to do and why. After the appointment, the computer ran quite smoothly, and when I had another concern 2 weeks later, he again promptly responded and tended to my laptop at no extra charge. I am self-employed and the need to have a smooth-running laptop is crucial to me being able to conduct business. Juwon understands this and met me at my point of need and solved my problems for me with a professional and calm demeanor! I relocated back to New Orleans a little over a year ago and was quite hesitant at reaching out for tech support locally. Now that I have found Mr. Chambers, he shall be my tech support for my computer needs and I shall refer him whenever possible!

I provide a free diagnostic if I am doing the repair and the first hour is free. If my customers just want a diagnostic it is $75

It is by appointment and it can be either I come out to the customer or the customer comes out to me.
