iCleanFloors uses a equipment that the major franchises refuse to use because of cost, they use out dated equipment. Their equipment is subpar but their marketing machine to get customers is excellent. We are a small and growing business that gives you a thorough clean. Just see our pictures. I love seeing the face of people when I bring in my cleaning equipment. They always call me back because no one else has my equipment in the area and I'm less expensive. I don't "Rub and Run" (rub the top of the carpet and run with their money.) They see I take pride in my work.
