- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Bossier Parish community college in 2005 for culinary Arts certificate unfortunately I came upon hard times and had to work more but I can say I'm only 100 externship work to getting that certificate and I pray one day I will be able to go back and finish that part of my life because I do enjoy cooking. I've also cooked for a few of my co-workers for birthdays and have also bartended private parties. I've been a cook at the Hilton Garden Inn in Shreveport, La also. I've been in the restaurant business most of my life.
