This company was a complete disappointment. I called this company to clean up my garden and trim my hedges. The guy came and half cleaned my garden and only finished 3/4 of my hedges. I paid him half of the money for the garden and all the money for the hedges at EOD. He said he’d return the next day. He never returned. Then a few days later, after multiple attempts to contact the worker guy, someone replying to the company messages said they were waiting on a piece of equipment so the worker could finish my project. A few days later this same person said the equipment was supposed to be delivered by EOB. I never heard back from this person to let me know if they received the equipment. A few days later I reached out to the company via phone and IM on this app. The number was disconnected and no one answered my multiple IMs. About 3 weeks later, the worker guy who started my yard work called to inform me that he never received the equipment they claimed was being delivered. He also said his equipment was stolen and that he’d complete the jobs he started once he recouped his work tools. Til this day no one has reached out to me nor finished the work initially started.
