The owner came out and assessed the job. I felt his rate was very reasonable compared to a few others from whom I had received quotes. The job was not that big and I figured it would take less than two hours. He was on time, actually early. He was courteous and cleaned all of the surfaces I requested. I would hire him again if needed.

He came out promptly and gave me a good estimate on a clear project. On the appointment date the work was quick and thorough and the price was good. I would definitely hire again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when first dealing with a new customer I meet them at the place where they are needing the work done and give them an estimate while I'm there. They can either schedule an appointment then or call me when they are able to check their schedule
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting Zero Streak Window Cleaning I worked in the same industry for about 7 years. I have been in some forms of customer service for 25 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I would give customers is to check the reviews and the business website. Also make sure the company is insured
