We met the following morning (he was there ahead of time!) he gave me an extremely reasonable quote and worked with my schedule to get it done. The fence is perfect. Phil and his team removed and re-poured about 2,200 sq feet of concrete. On the re-pour fine graded the dirt, added sand as needed, used a plate compactor to compact surface, installed a vapor barrier, installed heavy gage wire mesh, installed key ways, poured the concrete and finished it with a power trowel. A few days later he came back to perfect any imperfections. Very pleased overall.
