Introduction: Born and raised in Southern Louisiana, I have worked at my parent's restaurant and eventually worked up to an executive chef. I truly match the request with beautiful presentations and delicious food. I promise satisfaction. Working as a chef has brought me to many different states and introduced me to hundreds of different cooking methods and traditions. I love the creativity put into cooking. It allows people to test their limits and find their specialties.
