I was skeptical about pros on Thumbtack as I was not sure if they value client relationships especially when it comes to MY clients. Darren asked many questions and it showed that he was not only interested in the job but we also cared. He was very thorough with the documentation and patient with me when I needed to source more information when a problem came up. Darren made sure the client was satisfied and he followed up with me severals times even after completion.
