Gretchen was very thorough and respectful. She reviewed my kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and living room (which were the areas I needed her services for) and made sure I knew what needed to be decluttered (I really had a lot of clutter at the time and I was very embarrassed, but she helped me feel at ease). She even said that I didnt have to declutter, and for an extra fee, she could also help me with that. I appreciated that she was honest about her fees, and that she did not do anything without checking with me first. I never felt like I was a just another customer, as she treated me with the respect that a friend would. My home really feels home-y now! It really does shine!! Thank you!

Gretchen was phenomenal! She was very consistent and always did everything exactly how I liked it! I was so sorry to hear she was moving but I know she will build a great clientele wherever she goes!

I wouldn’t recommend. Although the cleaning was good, I had to let her go after her second cleaning. She didn’t bring her own cleaning supplies so she used what we had on hand which wasn’t sufficient. I told her the house was left smelling like a wet dog, she wasn’t apologetic at all and accused us of bringing a dog into the home. Turned out to to be not so sweet after all!

My customers are awesome and easy to work on a weekly schedule. Most are busy professionals and families who need help keeping their homes clean and prefer to save time and energy by allowing me to do general cleanings for them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
please understand that the first cleaning is the most detailed, takes the most time and as I will not to garantee work that I didn't do. Also, please declutter your home unless you are ok with the extra charges for organization because it takes twice as long to clean.
