- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally start with our client's event or per person budget. From there, we create sample menus to show them what we can provide at that price and allow them to customize the menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know how demanding setting up an event or function can be! We give each client our personalized service. We can serve 20 guests or over 200 guests efficiently, while maintaining elegance and style. Our service starts with a free consultation, as we work together to come up with a menu. We encourage our clients to reach out with questions. We will provide you with our personal email and cell phone, so you may contact us as needed. We will then draft a contract, including menu and service specifics to ensure we are on the same page from start to finish.

Chef Shawn trained under several great Chefs from Boston starting at age 16. Chef Paolo graduated from Johnson & Wales University
