Painted a 547-square-foot basement floor, plywood ceiling, and a concrete ledge that wraps three walls — a low room, 70-inch ceiling, everything moved twice. Quoted two days and gave me three so it would be done right, and never once asked for a payment along the way; he carried the whole job to the final walk. Sent photos of every stage as he went, unprompted. When a scope question came up midway he pushed back politely and in writing, and he was right — we sorted it out in an afternoon with no bad feeling either direction. Brought his own tools, cleaned up after himself, and the room looks like a room now instead of a basement. Would hire again.
