- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Source 1 Outdoor Oasis, we start by talking with the customer to understand their vision, goals, and budget for the project. We then schedule a site visit if needed to evaluate the space, take measurements, and discuss design ideas. After that, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the materials and scope of work so everything is clear before moving forward. Once approved, we schedule the project and keep open communication throughout the entire process. Our goal is to make the experience smooth, transparent, and deliver a finished outdoor space our customers will enjoy for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in masonry and outdoor living construction. Over the years, we have developed extensive knowledge in paver patios, outdoor kitchens, stone veneer, retaining walls, pool surrounds, and other custom outdoor features. Through decades of field experience, working on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects, we’ve refined our craftsmanship, installation techniques, and project planning to ensure every job is built to last. We stay up to date with modern materials, installation methods, and design trends so we can provide high-quality outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and durable.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with homeowners looking to improve and transform their outdoor spaces. Our projects include patios, pool areas, walkways, outdoor kitchens, stone veneer, and other custom outdoor living features designed to fit each property and lifestyle. While most of our work is residential, we also complete commercial projects from time to time. We’ve had the opportunity to work with respected local organizations, including the Concord Museum, which reflects the level of professionalism and craftsmanship we bring to every job. Whether the project is residential or commercial, our focus is always on delivering high-quality, durable work that enhances the space for years to come.
