Moodscapes concentrates on landscape projects of all sizes which include patios, walkways, retaining walls, organic lawn care, plantings, water features, and many garden elements.
Our approach results in practical and aesthetically pleasing landscapes that are ecologically sound, sustainable, reflective of the client, have seasonal interest, and will need limited maintenance. This approach gives more time for our clients to enjoy many years of satisfaction from a landscape designed and installed just for them!

Judy, the owner of Moodscapes, came in with good ideas and a good plan for implementing them. She's been flexible and collaborative, and her crew works quickly and expertly. I can hardly wait to see how everything turns out in the spring!

I really enjoyed working with Judy and Moodscapes. Over two years we reworked our front and side gardens and put in a crushed stone patio in the back, bluestone steps, new plantings and a fence enclosure. She was a pleasure to work with, addressed budgetary concerns and kept to the agreed upon time schedule. She made great plant selections. Everything is growing in beautifully and the new patio area looks fabulous.

I hired Judi and her team last summer to fix my back yard. Before she came it was a mess, with rocks and weeds and it was very unattractive. She came, and was easy to work with, eager to save me money, had lovely ideas about what to plant, and did a quick and beautiful job. I particularly liked that she was interested in using local plants as much as possible, and that she was focused on what things would look like in different seasons. I now have a lovely back yard where I can sit and look at the nice plants. I am very happy with the work that Moodscapes did. They did an excellent, professional job.

Judi and Moodscapes are gifts. I have had Judi do work for me for over 10 years. She has the rare ability to listen and then take my ideas and flesh them out into truly unique, affordable and lastingly beautiful artistic landscape solutions. I have a small lot which Judi and her crew transformed from one of the many ordinary ones in our town, to a special one which people stop at to find out who designed the landscape. It is terrific in all seasons, almost no maintenance by me (a requirement), and each year Judi adds a plant here or there to keep things fresh. Her work was so exceptional I have had her completely design a much more intricate landscape and hardscape plan for a Cape Cod renovation. Her attention to detail, her knowledgeable crew, and her great design sense have again been proven. You can't go wrong with Moodscapes.
