Quickly responsive and on the job! Unfortunately my appliance was beyond repair (15 years old), but every step was taken to diagnose, even getting in touch with factory. I felt a new gas stove was the better answer. I definitely would call them again for any issues. Ernie was the best… straightforward and truthful. Even assisted with recommendations for purchasing new appliance. My thanks.

Amazing service. Came to fix my fridge and was upfront and showed me exactly why it was completely unfixable. Recommended the best way to go for a new one and what brands he sees the least to repair. He was so quick to respond and right on time. Worth every penny even though I had to get a new fridge.
