FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge a fee for the complexity of the service to be performed. Services without much complexity today cost around $6.19 per foot. If the floor and wall needs any preparation such as assembly, waterproofing, leveling, damage to be remedied, among others, these values are counted separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are registered and the contracted services are signed in a contract where all necessary deadlines for both execution and payment methods will be defined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Civil Engineer with a postgraduate degree in construction planning, both specializations originating in Brazil. Unfortunately, I cannot work in my area in this country, but nothing prevents services that do not have structural complexity, but with a technical perspective from a highly trained professional and with a feminine touch that every home deserves and needs.
