Honestly the most professional experience we have ever had in nearly 30 years of home ownership. Leo and his dad Ben are true professionals and gentlemen. We had a fieldstone foundation repaired and waterproofed on our nearly 100 year old home. From start to finish, everything was exactly as they told us it would be. They showed up on time every day, were extremely respectful of our property and very easy to communicate with. Extremely knowledgeable about their trade.HIGHLY recommend! Cant thank them enough!!

Hired Ben & Sons to do a field stone foundation interior repoint and coat. Their price was competitive and they honored the scope and quote in spite of needing a few extra coats of material. They did the job quickly and to the right quality. Would definitely hire them again.

Great experience working with Ben and his team. Reasonable price for our fieldstone foundation repair and sealing. Most importantly, Ben gave us an accurate start date and time. We didnt have to hope they would show up like some contractors. Ben and his men arrived at 7:55 for an 8am start each day. He cared about us being happy and was very respectful.

Ben and his son were one of the most responsive teams we've had. He looked at the projects, sprang into action, and worked super efficiently. With a great price, old-school craftsmanship and surprisingly fast turnaround, he did great work on our new brick stairs and pointing of the old ones.

This is the second time I have used Ben & Sons. He blew me away with how responsive he was two years ago and was even more so this time. I was grateful because I found a hole in my basement wall and Ben came out on a Sunday.to repair this and gave me an excellent price for waterproofing the full basement which will be done in December. He has already done a pathway and resealed part of the basement all of which were excellent highly recommend this company for the quality of their work, and their customer service.It is the end of November, and Ben & Sons have already started on my basement. It is the end of day one and I can hardly believe how different it looks. So much better and brighter plus I have the knowledge that all the areas that others have filled with spray foam, particularly around the windows, have been filled properly with cement. It is always a pleasure to work with Ben and his sons.
