- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time customers receive a free consultation or, meet and great. This is where you get to know your trainer and we get to know you and your pet(s). We sit and discuss all your pet care needs, answer any questions you may have. While at the same time observing your dog(s) behavior to come up with a plan to adjust any unwanted behaviors, or start obedience training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always seeking current research and advancements in the field. Knowing that every pet is different, therefore knowledge of training in every aspect helps develop a plan that works best for you and your pet specifically. Staying current with dog training and behavior modification seminars.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Consult with different providers and ask questions. You want to find someone that takes the time to listen to what you want. Ask their advice on things your unsure about. This will tell you how knowledgable the provider is in the field.
