Finally found D&G after a long search and very happy I did. John and Shane were incredibly helpful throughout and the first honest contractor we encountered. The quality of the job was fantastic, everything was on time and as expected, and they went above and beyond to accommodate customizations we requested for the deck. Couldnt recommend them more

I needed a new roof last year after we bought our house because it was getting really old and starting to give out. John and Shane were great to work with. They walked us through the options, communicated constantly, and made the whole process really easy. The roof was done as promised, on time, and we have had zero issues. We're planning to do new windows and siding at some point, and I will definitely be coming back to these guys.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to have competitive pricing, and be transparent about how we got to the numbers we did. We typically aren't the cheapest option because we also believe you get what you pay for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find that new customers just want information and guidance on their project. We also use technology quite a bit to streamline the whole process. Our first step with new customers is to understand their situation and the work they need done. We can do that over the phone or an online form. Then, we will schedule on at home visit if it necessary. From there, we can turn around a quote pretty quickly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are properly licensed in the state of MA. Our construction teams are also CertainTeed Master Installers. We also have regular safety training.
