Appears that all reviews are fictitious and written by Loren herself or her employees. This firm is a fraud and in the business of ripping people off especially students. They charge clients a fee if the Landlord backs out of the deal. This is illegal. Fees for services are collected at a professional firm when lease is signed and keys given. This woman tricked students into giving her a deposit for an apartment and when the landlord backed out of the lease charged the students seeking to rent the apartment who signed the lease committing to rent the apartment a finders fee. Should the fee not have been collected from the person or entity breaking the agreement. Im sure in order for her to show the apartment an agreement had to be signed with the owner wishing to list their dwelling. She is a predator on students looking to live off campus. UNPROFESSIONAL SHOULD LOSE HER LICENSE!
