They arrived early to get everything set up and fully prepared, which took so much stress off of us. I especially appreciated that they handled all of the ingredients and prep work ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of the event.
Not only were the cocktails and mocktails absolutely delicious, but the entire setup was so aesthetically beautiful and elevated the whole atmosphere of the shower. Even as someone who is pregnant and couldn’t drink alcohol, their Hugo Spritz mocktail was genuinely one of the best mocktails I’ve ever had! Every single guest kept talking about how amazing the drinks were.
What truly stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful they were throughout the event. They constantly checked in on me as the mom-to-be, offered me water throughout the day, and even made sure I got the very first mocktail they prepared. That level of care meant so much to me during such a busy day.
They also went above and beyond by lending us a cooler afterward when we realized we didn’t have one, which was incredibly kind and helpful. On top of that, they stayed later than expected to help clean up and make sure everything was taken care of. They were so gracious, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with.
We will 1000% be hiring Libations on Location again for future events and would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for an elevated, stress-free, and memorable bar experience!

Julianna communicated clearly every step of the way and made sure we were fully prepared to make the party a success. Her recommendations for specialty, holiday-themed cocktails were fantastic and a huge hit with our guests.
Christian did an excellent job setting up the bar and mixing drinks throughout the evening. Every cocktail looked great and tasted even better. Guests consistently commented on the quality of the drinks and the professionalism of the service.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and care taken throughout the night. They helped clean as they went, and by the end of the evening the bar area was cleaner than when they arrived.
I highly recommend Libations On Location and would absolutely use them again for future events.
