Wow, Elsayed is the best contractor I've ever worked with in Boston. He came on a Monday to quote a washer/dryer plumbing project, took detailed measurements, asked great questions, provided a competitive, straightforward quote, and did the work on Thursday morning of the same week. I got 4 other quotes for this project, and not only did he have the best price, but he quoted doing it right rather than an easier / lazier way. High quality workmanship, incredibly kind man, and I cannot wait to work with him again. For anything plumbing and electrical around the house, OSA is the best choice.

Mr. Elsayed is Unbelievable. I check all 5 items. Couldn't ask for a more professional plumber. I ordered the wrong kitchen faucet. We went to The Home Depot to return the wrong faucet I bought. Mr. Elsayed new exactly which faucet I needed. Installed new faucet. Works great. Also, he is a VERY safe driver
