I hired SAUL DE JESUS LANDAVERDE for a three family renovation in Lynn. The job was never completed and Saul suddenly went missing. After months of excuses and lies I finally decided to cut my losses and finish the job with another contractor. Unfortunately I had paid Saul in full for labor and all my materials. Saul never finished the project and most of my materials never arrived. Till this day I have not gotten back my money back in regards to my material/labor. He won’t answer my phone calls or text messages. After doing research of my own, I found out that Saul had not paid his employees and they eventually quit. The tile worker came into my property and damaged all my tiles in the bathroom and kitchen backsplash. When I spoke to him months after the fact, he stated the reason why was because Saul did not pay him for the job and he received multiple bounced checks from him. He also gave me a bounced check at the time as well for an electrical repair, which his electrician never showed up to complete the job. Saul has a habit of taking and then stealing peoples money, not completing the work and running away. He will say or do anything to receive upfront deposits. For example, he will say he can get cabinets and appliances for cheaper price through a whole seller which is a complete lie. He will state that he can get flooring for a cheaper price through an individual that receives them from China, which is another lie. Saul is stealing peoples hard earned money and has no remorse. There are numerous, numerous victims that have been affect by Saul unethical decisions. Because of Saul, I have lost over $30,000 of funds which includes labor and materials. Everyone that is posting reviews on any site affiliated with SV Construction or SAUL DE JESUS LANDAVERDE is correct. I am just another victim added to the list.
