I was in desperate need of having our ventscleaned out because the air was smelling so musty in the house when the AC turned on. This company responded right away, and were here the next day. Being it was close to July 4th weekend I lucked out! Nathan was prompt, exlained everything clearly and got the job done. Showed me before & after photos of my vents. What a difference! My house smells clean again. I will definitely call the Prro Bros for future projects!

I had a wonderful experience with Pro Bros for my laundry dryer ductcleaning today.
The dryer was forcing moisture inwards leading to foggy doors and windows and needed urgent fixation of the issue!
The technician was highly punctual customer focussed and worked with a reasonable quote! He not only cleaned the pipes and re attached them to dryer but also took care of the outside vent!
Overall it was a great experience and the technician demonstrated professionalism and high quality work!
I would highly recommend Pro Bros for duct and ventcleaning and for urgent issues across these systems in home maintenance

I have been having a hard time with lint flying out of my vent for months, i used other places and Pro Bros made the problem stop! very thorough , they cleaning inside and outside and didn’t leave a mess! I had Eric and he was Fantastic and professional. Definitely would use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer *free estimates* so customers can understand the cost before deciding to move forward. We also offer a *15% military discount* as a thank-you to those who have served and continue to serve. Our pricing depends on the type and scope of the project, and we provide an on-site estimate whenever possible so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, customers can provide their *complete project address and ******************. We usually try to visit the property the next day to inspect the work and provide a free estimate. If the customer is happy with the price and wants to move forward, we may be able to complete the work the same day when the job allows. Customers can also choose a different service date that works better for them.
For projects that require special-order parts or materials, we explain what is needed, collect a deposit when applicable, and schedule the work once the parts arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training related to *duct cleaning, chimney repair, and chimney maintenance, along with more than **five years of hands-on experience* in the industry. My experience includes working on a variety of residential projects and handling repairs carefully and professionally.
