Adam did an excellent job fixing our fireplace damper handle, cleaning our chimney, and cleaning our dryer vent. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Our pricing depends on the type and scope of the project, and we provide an on-site estimate whenever possible so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, customers can provide their *complete project address and ******************. We usually try to visit the property the next day to inspect the work and provide a free estimate. If the customer is happy with the price and wants to move forward, we may be able to complete the work the same day when the job allows. Customers can also choose a different service date that works better for them.
For projects that require special-order parts or materials, we explain what is needed, collect a deposit when applicable, and schedule the work once the parts arrive.
