Theo is very professional, responsive and communicates clearly. I contacted him in the morning and he was there to fix the issue within a couple of hours. He truely values the comfort of the customer and isn't in the job only for the money. I was nervous that my HVAC system was malfunctioning. But he took a quick look and told me there is nothing to worry about. He did his maintenance job which was basically what I hired him for and even recommended me a few things that I can do personally to keep the unit in good condition without having to call a professional and spend $$.
