I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from 1BostonEnergy who fixed the issue with our heating system. The problem was with the cubby controller, which was poorly disconnected, causing it to indicate low water levels and consequently making the furnace inoperative. Theo was able to accommodate our short-notice request. Upon arrival, Theo not only quickly identified the issue but also took the time to thoroughly explain the cause and implications of the problem, providing clarity on something I had little understanding of. The advice given for future heating maintenance was also incredibly helpful. Theo also did extra tasks such as priming. I would recommend to hire 1BostonEnergy if you would like to really solve the issue and avoid future problems with a reasonable price.
