Introduction: After 10 years of working as an electrical contractor doing small jobs and custom homes, it was apparent to me that there was a definite need for a company dedicated to customer service. I found that many electrical contractors doing larger residential, commercial or industrial projects would not bother with the small jobs. In fact, many stopped returning calls or would make promises to be there and not show up. As a result, HomeLight was formed; it is a full-service electrical company specializing in small jobs. We are independently owned and operated, not connected to any franchise. All calls are returned promptly; appointments are kept, and every customer is informed should we run late. In order to have accomplished this, we put together a crew of licensed electricians with a strong commitment to quality work and professionalism. Our electricians on average have over 15 to 20 years of experience in the field. All are highly trained, each with his/her own area of expertise. When a customer calls with a definite need, we assign the electrician best suited to accomplish the project. HomeLight is a local electrical service company in the Boston area.
