FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment is required at time of service. Credit card info is held for payment. There are no hidden fees. I provide receipts/"Superbills" for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement upon request. Some clients use their HSA/FSA accounts for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get them booked right away on my calendar via the services page on my website, have them fill out an intake form and ask them what they're looking to achieve. If they don't know, I'll help them come up with goals that make sense and are doable based off of my extensive experience and science-backed research. Starting off meeting weekly for 6-12 weeks and then bi-weekly and then monthly has worked best for most clients. Accountability and reinforcement is critical to success. Commitment counts.
