- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ReSupply is an affordable alternative to traditional junk removal, offering convenient, full-service donation pickups tailored to your needs. The pricing of our services varies based on item quantity and size, location, and additional factors. This fee offsets the costs of picking up donations for charities near you, so your donation goes that much further. We are happy to provide a free quote for your pickup prior to booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is ease and convenience for customers, providing a one-stop solution for junk removal and donation pickups. Simply schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours, tell us what items you have, and we’ll show you the estimated price, upfront. Then, we take everything, no matter what condition your items are in, to deliver to our local charity partners. If the first charity can’t accept an item, we take that item to another charity, and then another, until it is accepted. If an item cannot be donated, we’ll responsibly dispose of it for you. ReSupply partners with professionally licensed and insured haulers who pride themselves on high-quality service. We empower our crews with proprietary logistics technology so they can work on your timeline, make every move a careful one, and don’t leave a trace. By training our focus on quality and customer service, we make sure that all of your pre-loved items are primed to go to a new home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Paul Tocci, our Founder and CEO, created a home pickup service to help military families in Georgia donate the home goods they weren’t taking to the next assignment, instead of taking them to landfills. With a combination of logistics expertise, Veteran-led service, and strong partnerships with nonprofits, ReSupply expanded home donation pickup to thousands of ZIP codes across the country. ReSupply is the official donation pickup partner of thousands of charities nationwide. Through our priority donation pickups, we have delivered over $90M in resources to our network of nonprofit partners, supporting their incredible missions. ReSupply has diverted more than 80 million pounds of items from landfills across America.
