- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should always ask a question we’re always happy to help. How much is this and how much will this cost? Our pricing is different on every project but always ask a question what kind of a deal can we do on this or that or the other?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing working with new customers is finding out what they like and what they dislike so that we can try and get on the same page straight away this always helps myself and my customers to bounce ideas of one another make sure we are happy with everything going on this makes for a better project finish
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always keep a close eye on my staff and make sure that everything is done correctly. The training comes true experience of getting work done on site
