Introduction: MWI is recognized as an "Approved Provider" of mediation services by the Probate and Family Court Department. During and after COVID-19, I provide services (including a free consultation) via Zoom and phone for all Massachusetts divorce. People come to me during a difficult time - seeking divorce. Josh helped me with my divorce. He is very knowledgeable about divorce in Massachusetts and saved us lots of time and money. He is a skilled mediator, although our situation was not that difficult. Josh has been very helpful during the process of completing the court required paperwork. We didn't even know where to begin. He walked through all of the paperwork, explaining each piece of paperwork and answering all our questions, in turn saving both time and money. I like to start with a free consultation with both parties together. I explain the process, answer questions and clients can decide if they would like to work with me or another MWI mediator.
