My sister hired Mike to unload a 10Ft truck when she arrived in Mass. She called him 2 hours before we were due to arrive to say we had been delayed in traffic. He assured her that he would have someone available when we arrived. She notified him when we arrived and he said he would send someone in a few minutes. For 5 hours and many calls he would have someone there in a few minutes. When she called him again he was on his way personally ,would be there in 30 minutes. We had unloaded nearly 1/3 of the truck at this point, told him that this wouldn't take long, but being in our 50's and 60's we needed assistance. He never showed up and when she called he hung up on her. All he had to do was at some point say he was unable to do it and we would have made other arrangements. Instead he dragged us along until it was too late for us to get dinner or find a hotel in a new area( I had flown in to help her and my suitcase was also in the truck). The next day we found a local young man to unload the rest of a 10 ft. truck., and as Mike had been told it took 30 minutes. This company is unreliable and completely unprofessional, please save yourself the money and aggravation, hire someone else!
