- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We recommend to use a team of 3 movers for most of the projects. Local moves are hourly charge based. The hourly rate changes depends on dates and availablity. There is 5% discount with cash payment. The rate includes: - A team of professional movers and a truck. - Door to door service including furniture disassembly and reassembly. - Basic furniture wrapping including FREE use of moving pads and tape. - FREE use of wardrobe boxes for your hanging clothes. - No Additional charge for: tax, mileage, stairs, elevator, and fuel. We enforce a MINIMUM CHARGE of 3 hours and 15 minutes intervals after that. There is a FLAT FEE for travel time. The completion time depends on the amount of stuff, how well packed and organized you'd be towards the move, driving time, and accessibility to both locations. We include free use of moving blankets, tape and wardrobe boxes. There is a charge of $7.00 for MATTRESS COVERS and a charge of $5.00-$7.00 for BOXES (also used for TVs, mirrors, etc').
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the communication is done online and over the phone. We need some basic information in order to be to quote each project accurately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for over 10 years. All of our drivers and foremen started their fist steps in the moving industry as helpers in our company. Our team are all very well trained and coordinated. The entire moving process is done very methodically to ensure that each move is completed fast and safely.
