She fosters a positive and psychologically safe learning space for all and exemplifies all the values through her instructor style. Ali creatively makes her classes fun and challenging for all levels, both physically and technically. I especially appreciate how she helps her students understand important technical details for successful execution of technique that often get lost and as a practitioner she is always purposeful about why she is making the choices she is making when executing her technique, which demonstrates her high level strategic thinking in a fast paced martial art.
