I love my place and my landlord just switched property managers, which I thought was going to be annoying because I had to set up a new portal to pay rent. Other than the five minutes it took me to get set up, these new people at Bay Property Management have been great!

We only charge four fees: 1. Onboarding: $99 to initiate services, account set-up, property assessments and coordination of paperwork and licensing 2. Monthly Management Fee: 5.5% with a $149 minimum 3. Leasing Fee: first months rent; only charged once we place a tenant 4. Lease Renewal Fee: $399
