Ashley manages over 100 units that own. She maintains the financial statements for each property, provides all of the required maintenance needed on the properties and provides me with detailed and clear monthly reports on the portfolio.

    To shop around and learn as much as possible about the different options out there before picking a property management company. Most companies will customize their approach to your needs, and it helps to know the variety of services out there. Also, pick someone you feel good about and can trust. Saving money on services isn't worth it if you are up at night worrying if your service provider is taking the best care of your property.
