My familys recent experience with Northeast Industrial Roof of Medford has been an exceptional one, for several reasons. It started when my in-laws discovered there were birds and squirrels finding their way into their house on the third floor of their home. At first, we thought an exterminator could resolve the problem, only to discover that the pests were entering the house because the fascia boards and trim in several areas had rotted out. I reached out to several roofing contractors locally, and Tiago from Northeast was the first to respond. I think one other responded, but long after the time frame I had set to address the problem. Tiago came out to inspect the property, which was a pretty amazing thing to see. I thought Id see ladders going up, but instead he was using a drone with a camera. He did a complete survey of the roof, the gutters and the fascia boards all around. At the same time, he observed that the roof of my in-laws back porch was sagging. He immediately brought this to my attention, because I had told him how my in-laws, who are very elderly, spend a lot of the day on that porch. Well, the original rotted fascia board job became a bigger job, with a greater sense of urgency, and wed have to submit a claim to the homeowners insurance carrier. Tiago and Northeast were very patient as we navigated through the maze of filing and getting approval for the homeowners insurance to approve the claim. The crew from Northeast did an excellent job of all of the repairs, per the estimate and on time. Theyre also assisting us in repairing some very old and outdated storm windows that were about to fall out, for a very reasonable price.Thank you to Tiago and the staff at Northeast Industrial Roof. We got a new (flat) roof, insulation, chimney, leak damage, etc done. They did all of it in the dead of winter. Always professional, courteous and responsive. Also helped us get $13k back from our home owners insurance. Absolutely fantastic experience.

Tiago came and looked at the porch roof and walked me through what I needed and the process of getting the job done, very professional, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the workers were very good doing the job and Bruna was friendly and courteous and also walked me through the entire process. Would highly recommend them
