- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All materials, labor, permits, warranty registration, dumpsters, and any other "fees" that some roofers may not mention is included. The price is the price, no surprises! We also realize that many homeowners don't like paying cash for home improvements, so we offer simple financing through multiple companies to double your chance for approval. The result is convenient monthly payments instead of a "lump sum" paid out-of-pocket up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is listening to your needs and gathering enough information to give you an detailed estimate. Once we have that, our process truly begins... You'll receive a detailed email estimate giving you all the information you need about the Roof Hub roofing system and our process. You can review this from the comfort of your home, and reach out to us through email or over the phone with any questions you have. If you decide to choose Roof Hub, we'll coordinate your installation on a day that's convenient for you then take care of all permitting, dumpster, and material delivery so you don't have to lift a finger.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Any roofing contractor you hire in Massachusetts must have a CSL license (construction supervisor license). Our Mass CSL # is CS-109235.
