- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Our technicians are constantly taking courses to stay on top of the latest technologies and to obtain industry leading certifications, especially with Microsoft and Cisco. You must stay ahead of the curve since technologies are evolving so quickly. If you do not, you for sure will get left behind.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal, DC jack repair, lcd replacement, motherboard replacement, data recovery, hard drive replacement (reformat and re-installation of Windows), data center management, structured cabling and telecom jobs are the most common.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That they should think about lowing their overhead by outsourcing some of the IT work, and that they may want to take the time to read our blog posting.
