- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Communicate with client to obtain as much information as possible regarding the assignment to successfully achieve the clients objectives. 2) Submit a service agreement to the client for review outlining the specifics of the assignment, rates, preferred attire of the security personnel, etc. 3) Upon receiving the signed agreement, disseminate the assignment information to the security team. 4) Provide the client with contact information of the team assigned. 5) Check with client during the assignment to ensure security personnel are meeting their expectations. 6) Follow up with client after the assignment to receive feedback.

Corporate, Private, Hospitality, Event Planners, Celebrities, government organizations, At-Risk Individuals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure the person or agency is properly licensed to provide security or investigative services. All organizations in MA must be licensed by the MA State Police and have the proper surety bond. Request a copy of their Certificate of Insurance and contact the insurance company listed on the certificate to ensure their insurance is current. Unethical vendors will falsify licensing and insurance documents.
