I want to give a heartfelt recommendation to JSE, the solar service team I recently consulted.
They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining every detail about solar panel removal and reinstall. You can tell immediately that they have real experience—they know the system inside and out.Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work and expertise involved. Unfortunately, because my solar panels are under an IGS lease, I’m required to use their assigned contractor, Solar Medix, so I couldn’t move forward with JSE. But that doesn’t change how impressed I was with their service. If you need help with your solar system and you have the freedom to choose your contractor, I strongly recommend JSE. Jonathan came as soon as his schedule let him and completed the job quickly. His expertise allowed him to determine the issue with my solar inverter and fix it without replacement and the additional time and money it would have taken. Fantastic job.

I'm so very happy that I found Jonathan. I had issues with my solar inverter and as it turned out a solar panel. He went out of his way to find a reasonably priced compatible inverter. The snow started falling before he could address the solar panel but he came out and found the issue once the snow was gone. I think his pricing is fair and I trust him. Trust is huge these days. Also, he is punctual and responds to questions in a very timely manner. Contact him if you need help or have questions about solar.
