I've hired Richard and team to do a number of jobs for me - two staircases, built-in bookcases in a previously awkward/unused portion of my upstairs, all of the trim on my covered patio, and repairs to an aging second floor terrace. They deliver excellent quality work at a fair price within a desired timeline. Even more importantly, you feel comfortable having Richard and his team in your home - this is important to me, especially as a woman who lives alone - his entire team are genuinely good, trustworthy people, whom I even schedule to work while I'm traveling. It's perfect that way - they're not in my way (I work from home), I'm not in their way, and everything gets done. Richard is also great about co-designing and bouncing ideas off of each other. Each time we've discussed a new project, he immediately sends over ideas, shares past work, and brainstorms with me on cool new things to try. I've even hired his painter to do all of my interior walls with dead flat Farrow & Ball colors - and IYKYK - the technique has to be pristine with dead flat Farrow & Ball. I think it's important to surround yourself with a strong community of service providers that you can trust, and I'm grateful to have Chiamarelli Construction right at the top of that list."See more
