FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is the most often asked question by our clients in our first call/meeting and we get why! Due to ever changing technologies and buzzwords in the market, not every business owner feels confident around this subject. The following are some of the main factors that often determine the cost of a web design project: * Platform/technology stack used * Functionality and design complexities * Number of Pages We have worked on project sizes ranging from $1500 to $150,000. Each project is unique and we always find it essential to discuss your unique project requirements, business goals and budget before providing you with a cost effective quote. We always go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our clients and view their business success as part of our own. We provide you with that extra knowledge and the options to help you grow your business online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a small business web design: *We start with a free consultation call which allows us to understand your business goal and project needs. *We discuss and agree on the core functionalities of your website, such as forms, payment system, integrations and products/service types offered. *We discuss design preferences and inspirations, that the client may have and guide them through this process before the start of the project. *Site Development, all designs and functionalities are coded into an interaction ready site for the clients review. *Content update, at this point we upload clients provided content into the site. *Quality Assurance, we perform tests to ensure there are no errors and that the site is also fully responsive on mobile devices. *Launch.
