- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our mission is to build a high quality, custom designed website that will get you noticed and generate conversions. We are not a bargain solution, but an investment in your endeavor that will help it succeed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client, generally on zoom or google meet or over the phone. We sometimes meet in person if the client is in the Boston metro area. From that initial conversation, we glean the client's design preferences, target audience, desired conversion outcomes, and outline a site architecture. Then we send them a proposal containing all those goals and begin work upon approval and deposit. Our design project generally takes 6 to 8 weeks, creating 1 to 3 versions of a website and working through the revision process. We offer ongoing support after launch to educate and help maintain the best version of the website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For our own Slab Web Publishing Platform, we offer ongoing support and training for the members of the organization maintaining it. Slab is extremely easy to use, so a one hour meeting usually covers the basics.
