the install team of the company did a quick and clean installation on scheduled day, the handlers of the new windows were kind of sticky, the company sent a service professional and put some lubricants on the metal parts, now everything works great, I will give the company a thumb up.

I would rate a 3.5 if Google allowed .5 stars, but they dont. If my issues are remediated, I will gladly edit this rating, but until then a 3 is accurate.First I want to note that the salesperson, Joe N, was great and I have no complaints about him. After the install, he made sure to call me to follow up and see how everything went and help expedite a response for an issue that needed to be fixed.As for the install itself, we decided to do our house in two sections so this was for the first 14 windows. The installers were quick and kept to themselves. The main person seemed to be on his cell phone anytime I looked outside but the other two were great. After they were done, I pointed out to screens that needed to be replaced due to one being bowed and one having a large hole in it. They made note, submitted the order, and I received an email shortly thereafter.When they left, I noticed a decent amount of scrap metal and wood around the outside of the house (metal may be wrong, but whatever they use to cap the outside sills). With two small children and a dog, this was troubling to see and we had to clean up the mess they made. We also noticed scratched up paint on the inside window seals that will need to be touched up. But the biggest issue is the kitchen window they replaced. There is a large gap along the top of the window beginning halfway through and getting larger until it hits the left edge. There is also some weird block in the middle of the window. When the tech came to fix the screens, they told me that they had never seen anything like that before and it shouldnt be there. Great. Needless to say, he had no idea how to fix that and one of the screens he brought to fix the one with the hole was the wrong size, so that still isnt fixed. So now about 6 weeks post install, I still have one window that needs a new screen and one window that was, presumably, installed incorrectly and the date Ive been given is 1/4/24Needless to say, we are not thrilled with this incredibly expensive purchase so far and Im hoping that there isnt a larger issue with all of the windows because if one is installed incorrectly, what is to say the others arent as well. I guess only time will tell.If/when these issues are addressed, I will post an update.
